The Calico Bass fishing is really going off right now. Calico Bass fishing takes a little bit of technique but is generally very easy. Calico Bass are my favorite fish for fish tacos. Fish tacos can be prepared in a number of ways. What I think really sets them apart is the use of cabbage instead of lettuce and the white sauce that goes along with it. The white sauce is a mixture of plain yogurt and mayonnaise. Usually about 50/50 but it all depends on your taste. The Barraccuda and Rockfish are still biting, and the Yellowtail are there with a few being caught at the Island almost everyday.
